Common Issues & Quick Answers

“My website is loading slowly.”

Start by running a free audit with our website checker tool. Common culprits include unoptimized images, too many plugins, outdated hosting, or render-blocking scripts. Share the results with us and we'll help you prioritize fixes.

“I need to update content on my site but don't know how.”

If we built your site, you should have CMS access (WordPress admin, Shopify admin, or your headless CMS dashboard). Check your email for login credentials we sent at launch. If you can't find them, email us and we'll reset your access within the hour.

“My website shows an error or white screen.”

Don't panic. This is usually caused by a plugin conflict (WordPress), a failed update, or a hosting issue. Email us with a screenshot of the error and the URL where it occurs. If your site is completely down, mark the subject line as “URGENT” and we'll jump on it.

“I want to add a new feature to my existing website.”

Send us a brief description of what you need. We'll review your current setup, let you know if it's a quick addition or a bigger project, and give you a quote. Small changes can often be done within a day or two.

“My email or domain isn't working.”

Domain and email issues are usually DNS-related. If we manage your domain, email us and we'll investigate immediately. If your domain is managed elsewhere, check with your domain registrar first — but we're happy to help troubleshoot regardless.

For maintenance clients, we implement fixes directly. For others, we'll provide a quote if the work goes beyond a quick fix. No surprises.

We confirm the resolution with you and follow up to make sure everything is working as expected. We don't close the loop until you're satisfied.
